Chesterfield mall to receive facelift, new stores
“Richmond has retail about three times the national average and we have to continue to grow and reinvent ourselves”
More changes are on the way for Chesterfield County's only mall. Since January, Chesterfield Towne Center has been undergoing a facelift, landing six new businesses - two of which were just announced. via NBC12
