Police Seek Information On Allegany Homicide

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday afternoon that Otis Lamont Parks, also known as Lamont Clemons, 54, of Seneca Avenue in Olean, was found dead Thursday at 9 a.m. at the scenic overlook on Route 16 South in the town of Allegany.
