Bridge replacement project in Caswell starts Monday

Contractors on Monday will begin replacing a Caswell County bridge, according to a news release from the N.C. Department of Transportation. Crews will close a section of Underwood Road in both directions at 8 a.m. as they begin tearing down the present bridge over Grays Branch creek.

Caswell library offers health programs through grant

The Caswell County Public Library has received a Health and Wellness Grant that it will use to counter misleading information people find on the Internet. The grant will allow the library to partner with local health care agencies to provide public programs on health and wellness.
