Petition to dissolve town charter submitted to Carroll County prosecutor
Some residents of a northwest Arkansas town want to dissolve the town charter. Beaver resident Susan Simler says a petition with the signatures of 24 of the town's 45 property owners has been submitted to the Carroll County prosecutor.
