DUI charges dropped in fatal Carbon County crash

When state police charged a Jim Thorpe man with causing a fatal crash last year because he was driving under the influence of marijuana, he faced a three- to six-year prison term.

what do they say 'you are impared after the first drink', but i guess with weed it's different. i guess it wasn't a collins family member who died, if it was i bet he changes his tune.

Collins said his client was on painkillers and sedatives when he spoke to police because he was being treated for crash injuries.

umm, hello, if he was on this stuff, but should'nt have been speaking to police, then HELLO, he too, should not have been driving...
