Carbon man again pleads guilty to home invasion
A Nesquehoning man who pleaded guilty to a home invasion robbery of a 91-year-old woman that netted $37 and who later withdrew his plea, again admitted his role in the crime Tuesday in Carbon County Court.
Randy Warman, 23, pleaded guilty to felony charges of robbery and criminal trespass and was immediately sentenced by President Judge Roger N. Nanovic to five to 15 years in state prison.
Warman, who said he was addicted to heroin at the time, apologized to the family of the late Anna Klemic, who died four months after the robbery, and his family. Read more
