Kiowa Tribe and Governor Henry honor outgoing Kiowa Chairman
Members of the Kiowa Tribe hosted a farewell pow-wow to honor an outgoing chairman who served over four terms in his political career and worked to develop the social and political fabric for Kiowa people.
