Fort Scott Deaths Ruled Double Murder-Suicide
Authorities say a mother and her 5-year-old daughter whose bodies were found after a house fire outside Fort Scott died from gunshot wounds as part of a double murder-suicide. The woman's husband was found in a vehicle outside the home, dead of a self-inflicted injury.

The Bourbon County Sheriff's office said Monday that autopsies determined 30-year-old Terry Lynn Prestley and her daughter died from gunshot wounds.
