Blount County man pleads guilty to second-degree murder and abuse of a corpse

A Friendsville man accused of fatally stabbing a neighbor then setting him on fire pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree murder and abuse of a corpse today and was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
