Horses will be up for adoption

About 80 wild horses that until recently ran wild on public land in the western United States are being brought to Oneonta by the Bureau of Land Management this weekend where they can be "adopted." "There will be some exceptional horses from the western rangelands, and you can adopt one for a minimal fee," said BLM-ES State Director Juan Palma.
