Beeville police arrested two men on drug charges. According to reports on file at the Beeville Police Department, 35-year-old Oscar Franco was taken into custody on a charge of manufacture and distribution of a controlled substance, less than one gram, after officers found what they suspected was cocaine in his pockets.
