Tennessee Highway Patrol plans DUI checkpoints for holiday weekend

Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol selected Rutherford County as one of two locations statewide to treat as "no-refusal" locations during the organization's DUI checkpoint campaign during the holiday, according to a media release.
