Blake Curtis Dinger, 42, of Bloomer, Wiscinson was cited for fleeing to elude by Jamestown police officers after leading units from Barnes and Stutsman counties on a pursuit down Interstate 94.

Valley City's Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and AMVETS chapter along with auxiliaries from all city veteran's organizations will participate in this year's Memorial Day observations in Valley City.

The Barnes County Water Resource District Board met Monday with an agenda that included the Thordenskjold Drain Assessment District in the southeast portion of the county and a proposed outlet on Ten Mile Lake in the northwestern section of the county.
