Allen County judge faces drunken-driving charge
An Allen County judge was due to appear in court in Indianapolis on Wednesday following his arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

I don't think he should remain on the bench because how will he be partial when a DUI case comes through his court now?! It's kind of hard to preach to the masses not to drive drunk or commit criminal acts, when you're out doing just that.

I totally agree. He has a law degree so he can always get a job in the private sector. He doesn't need to be a judge anymore. |

This is the same corrupt judge that sentences D.U.I. offenders in Allen County to AADP's poisonous chemical boot camp for a duration of 3 to 5 1/2 years. These clients are forced to take antabuse with terrible side-effects and no one cares! Counselors say that "if you get caught driving drunk you have driven at least 100 times before under the infuence". Now what does this say about Judge Felts? I think it is appaling that he skips his hearing and retains his drivers license when so many in his position have been railroaded by the legal system!!! For more information on AADP go to:
