Allen County judge arrested on alcohol counts

I think the judge should be disbarred.

I've waited nearly 10 years to see the first of the arrogant, self-absorbed, self-important legal folks who shirked their duty of protecting my little 5-year-old boy hit the spotlight, showing themselves for what they truly are!
This is a spooky little world we live in. I'm so pleased to see that although one can hide his vices and spin a good game among his friends and coworkers, when he lets his guard down and thinks no one is watching God comes in and levels the field.
I just hope the rest of you scum bags who cost my family tens of thousands in legal fees as well as stole countless sleepless nights from me and my family realize that God's gunning for you!

My son was victimized as an innocent little 5-year-old and had no one to protect him all those years ago. But, just as I prayed and continue to pray to this day, he gets the last laugh.

This is quite amusing to say the least! The judge who mercilessly sentences thousands of Allen County citizens to AADP for a 3 or 5 1/2 year poisonous chemical ingestion boot camp proves to us that he is just as much of a criminal as he portrays all the poor souls forced to take antabuse are. I am sure that Judge Felts status will help him to not be punished for this, but what else would you expect? If he gets nothing from this it will just prove how corrupt the state of Indiana is and how they could care less what the people think. If they are smart he will attend a class or 2 just to please the public. What to do with AADP? The judge who is supposed to be sentencing D.U.I. offenders to them is now a D.U.I. offender himself! This is how obviously easy it is to get screwed with a D.U.I. in Indiana. If it is really that easy, how are all these people alcoholics on the AADP program? They are not, they just made bad choices just like the poor Judge Felts did over the weekend and do not deserve to be chemically neutered for it!!!

Madam, I'm sorry about your son and whatever happened to him, but shooting the entire legal system doesn't change anything.

I see that you are hurting, but haven't healed a bit in ten years. Perhaps counseling for you and your family would be helpful. You all have lives to continue living, and living bitterly and hatefully is not near as fullfilling as learning to live with forgiveness, love and compassion for all; even those who wronged you.

Oh, so I guess the good judge will just advise the court that he was visiting Indianapolis to do some case research on an upcoming DUI trial.

We do not live in fairy land here and second of all couseling can never change your mind and make you a different person when you have been truly wronged. You are a government enabling, robot and thats the way they would like us all to be and no matter how many times people say to others what you have, the ones on our side of the fence know it is insane to become nathargic on the equality of all men and women government or not.

It would make me happy if Felts was just sentenced to AADP for a year for his first offense. This seems tolerable, don't you think? Come on, Felts, how 'bout it? Surley it IS the best answer.......and we'll all greet you with open arms when you walk in the door

Is the crime rate that bad? Our friends have stated repeadedly that they won't dial 911 if they need help, unless they can get state to respond. They said there is a blurred perception between the good and bad citizens in the eyes of the newer officers. Large lack of trust. Scary, because who are you supposed to call for help?

The crime rate isn't bad at all! The Allen County government has turned every little petty infraction into a huge deal. They are arresting all kinds of folks for the most minor things, probably because they get grant money and in turn the officers get bonuses. Ans so the cycle repeats. You look at the po po cross eyed and you get pulled over in this county. If they spent more time catching rapists, petifiles, drug dealers, murderers, robbers and people meaning harm, we would have a better crime rate and everyone would be happier. Instead, people have to live next to sexual predators but watch their husband go to jail and ruin all their lives over a few drinks after work, pathetic.

He needs to get his ass beat! and fired
