A 29-year-old Aurora man is in custody after being accused of inappropriate conduct with a juvenile, police announced Saturday.
Mark A. Romero, of 917 Rural St., is charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of obscenity. He was taken into custody and is being held at the Kane County Jail pending a bond hearing.
The arrest came after a two-week investigation by the Kane County sheriff's department with help from Aurora police and the Child Advocacy Center, according to the sheriff's department.
No other details were released.
