NEW SALEM, North Dakota (STPNS) -- Elm Crest Manor Care Facility, New Salem, recently received My InnerView's Excellence in Action award, joining the elite ranks of only 380 nursing homes across the U.S. which received the award this year.
The award, presented each year to nursing homes which meet or exceed high levels of excellence in overall facility quality and that have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement, is sponsored by My InnerView, a firm which provides quality data management for healthcare facilities.
In a letter to Elm Crest Manor administrator Bob Owens, My InnerView Chief Quality Officer Brad Shiverick congratulated the home and staff on their accomplishment.
"You have demonstrated world-class performance excellence and have made quality a priority to better serve your customers' needs.
"Your dedication to achieve high levels of excellence in overall satisfaction is a wonderful accomplishment. Congratulations to you and your staff."
