Woodcliff Hotel & Spa Receives Prestigious Five Star Diamond Award

The Woodcliff Hotel & Spa (www.woodcliffhotelspa.com) has been honored by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences with the prestigious Five Star Diamond Award. The 234-room hotel, located in the scenic hills of Fairport, NY overlooking Rochester in the Finger Lakes region, becomes the first New York State property outside of New York City to win the award.

The Five Star Diamond award is given to recipients for their commitment to luxury and service with in-depth evaluations conducted on service delivery, facilities, ambience, attitude, gastronomy and, above all, hospitality standards. The Woodcliff Hotel & Spa joins an elite group of only a dozen hotels in the United States to win the award.
