- Intelius Screening Solutions today announced that HRO Today magazine has ranked the company #1 overall in the category of employment screening services in their 2009 Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings of Top Screening Providers. Additionally, Intelius Screening Solutions achieved the #1 ranking for Quality of Service - a distinction it has now earned two years in a row.
HRO Today's rankings are based on overall customer satisfaction, quality and breadth of services, applicant tracking system (ATS) integration and innovations in candidate vetting. This year's HRO Today's Baker's Dozen is the largest customer satisfaction research survey ever produced in the employment screening service industry.
'In today's economy more than ever, small and medium-sized businesses rely on Intelius Screening Solutions to deliver top-notch solutions that allow them to work efficiently and effectively,' said Todd Owens. 'We're honored to again be recognized as leaders in our field and look forward to bringing an even higher level of innovation and service to the market in 2010.'
The report's results were based upon provider data and an anonymous satisfaction survey completed by customers of top screening services providers from around the country. Survey results were comprised of both large and small employers, with simple to very complex needs.
Issues such as data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance seem to be the foremost concerns for users of outsourced screening services. Results also indicated that the participants look to the market for technological innovations such as integration with other HR applications like ATSs, guidance on best practices, and risk management support.
'HRO Today's Baker's Dozen for Top Screening Providers reflects direct feedback from the buyers who interact with these solution providers every day, and Intelius Screening Solutions consistently ranked ahead of the pack in customer satisfaction and quality of service,' said Dirk Olin, Editorial Director of SharedXpertise, publisher of HRO Today magazine. 'Our comprehensive assessment affords buyers the trusted information they need to make effective outsourcing decisions.'
In addition to appearing in HRO Today's 2009 Baker's Dozen report, Intelius was also recently recognized as an industry leader in Workforce Management's '2009 Employment Screening Hot List' and HRO Today's '2009 Winners' Circle'.
