- Computer Alternative Processing Sites (CAPS), Inc. and eGlobal Insight, Inc. today announced a partnership to offer the market's fastest highly advanced failover and notification communication telecom system to SMB and enterprise clients. The system includes complete modular and multi-functional voice and data capabilities, which solve a myriad of business, disaster recovery, business continuity, emergency management and compliance needs. Under the agreement's terms, eGlobal Insight's system becomes part of the CAPS Total IT Solutions products and services roster, expands its business footprint into the IT infrastructure data center space and selects CAPS as its data center disaster recovery site provider. CAPS and eGlobal Insight jointly will market and offer the system immediately to its clients.
