Reynolds graduated magna cum laude from Texas Southern University, and earned his law degree from Texas Tech. The attorney's natural talent and impressive courtroom performance, quickly earned him a strong reputation in the community.
With experience as an Associate Municipal Judge and Adjunct Professor, Reynolds developed a strong commitment to giving back to the community. He previously served as the President of the Houston Lawyers Association, and currently serves as the President of the Missouri City NAACP. In addition, Reynolds has received the American Red Cross Humanitarian Award, EEOC Civil Rights All-Star Award, Pinnacle Award, YMCA Minority Achiever's Award and was named as 'One of Houston's Top 40 Leaders Under 40' by Rolling Out magazine.
