After announcing the top three finalists of Scott Frazier, Alan Hall, and Nobu Mutaguchi; Scott Frazier was named the 2009 Angel Investor of the Year. Along with the Investor of the Year award, Greg Warnock was honored as the Mentor of the Year for his efforts in educating and guiding entrepreneurs toward their dreams. Angel investors and many high level business leaders made up a crowd of almost 300 who came to honor the finalists for the award.
