Market Common shop assists with mortgages
For Sale Options real estate company has opened in one of the live/work townhouses next to The Market Common.
Owners Mike Childs and Lisa Terrill offer real estate services including mortgage help through United First Financial, a company that aims to help home owners pay off their loans quicker.
The office opened Thursday at 981-D Hackler St., across the street from Tommy Bahama.
Business has been steady, Childs said. 'It kind of comes in spurts,' he said.
Century21 Boling and Associates and Little Shop of Flowers also have offices open in the live/work townhouses built by Dock Street Communities.
Tea Time Cafe, Retro Active (a '70s, '80s and '90s gift shop), a chocolatier, a stock broker and an attorney will be opening businesses there soon, according to Century21 Realtors.
