COLUMBIA -- A memorial service for Charlie R. O'Brian Jr., of Columbia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2008, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on Polo Road in Columbia.

Charlie was born in Maben, MS, to the late Lanora and Charlie R. O'Brian Sr. He passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2008, in Life Care Center of Columbia.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Kristie; daughter and son-in-law, Rion and Glen Skinner, granddaughters, Mckenzie and Kaitlyn; and mother-in-law, Ruth Mead, all of Columbia. Other loving family members include Kaye and Ted Ward of Columbus, MS, Greg and Karen Mead, Karen Lesesne and Jordan Lesesne, Sandi Hunter and Michael Higgins, Andrea, Jeff, Lauren and Cariann Weed, all of Columbia. Carey, Teri, Colby, Caleb and Kaylee Hunter of Oakley, CA, Wendy, Alex and Sydney Boals of Cordova, TN.

We wish to thank Life Care Center of Columbia, Palmetto Health Hospice and Dr. William Crigler for their special care and kindness shown to Charlie and our family.
