Water Main Break Floods Red Line On Dorchester Ave
A large water main break in South Boston flooded part of the MBTA Red Line.
The break happened early Saturday evening at 275 Dorchester Avenue, which is near a subway station.
NStar, Boston police and Boston fire officials all responded to the water main break.
Water in the area has been shut off.
Officials said the Red Line has not been affected by the flooding.
The cause of the break and the amount of damage is unknown.
