Yahoo is getting close to selling 15%-25% of its stake in Alibaba Group back to the company, Reuters reports , citing "a person familiar with the matter." Unlike previously contemplated transactions of insane complexity , this would be a straight sale, with the company no longer trying to do a deal on a tax-free basis.
