Pfizer to pay N.J. $800K in multistate settlement over kidney transplant drug
Drugmaker Pfizer will pay $35 million, including $843,000 to New Jersey, as part of a multistate settlement to resolve allegations of wrongdoing by its subsidiary, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, which promoted the off-label use of a kidney transplant drug.
