Youbet.com reports small loss in first quarter of 2010

Youbet.com Inc. reported handle of $115.7-million in the first quarter of 2010, a 6.7% decline from the first quarter of '09. Youbet.com Chief Executive David Goldberg said a 9.2% decrease in race dates, poor weather, and a weak U.S. economy contributed to the handle decrease.
