Shares of semiconductor maker TranSwitch are up 2 cents, or roughly 1%, at $2.07 in late trading after the company reported Q1 revenue that missed analysts estimates and earnings per share that were also below consensus, but said it raised $2.73 million through a private placement of its shares .
