Four other newspaper websites owned by The McClatchy Co. of Sacramento will participate in the "robust test of a pay plan" set to begin in about two months, a McClatchy executive said in a memo posted by media blogger Jim Romenesko.

The McClatchy Co. has named Elaine Lintecum as vice president, finance and chief financial officer.
