The Sahyog Trust has filed a public interest litigation in the Bombay High Court against the State Ministry of Transport, Maharashtra State Road and Transport Corporation and Regional Transport Office, Mumbai with respect to private bus operators exceeding the passenger capacity of their buses, over-charging during holiday season and so on.
