Go to the control panel. Bring up "Remove Programs". Remove the damn program. And do not download any Sun Java software ever again. It just is not worth the damn trouble go back and restart the whole PC mess.

I noticed the shortcut on my desktop, the online support says I chose the option. The window got stuck off to the side with only the close button in the corner showing, I couldn't drag it over to see what was going on. dirty bastages
