DEP wants $2.3M penalty for W. Pa. Sunoco leak
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is seeking more than $2.3 million in financial penalties from Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P., saying talks have broken down about continued cleanup from a gasoline pipeline that leaked into a western Pennsylvania creek in 2008.
