October 26, 2009, 01:25 PM - Computerworld - Shame on me. I was sure that when SCO fired anti-Linux zealot and CEO Darl McBride , that Edward Cahn, the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Court Trustee, would kill off SCO's IBM lawsuit as a waste of money for a company that's been bleeding red-ink for years.
