EEOC probes age bias against Ruby Tuesday
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Tuesday filed a motion in federal court to enforce a subpoena against restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday Inc., saying it is conducting a nationwide probe into allegations of age discrimination by the franchise based in Maryville, Tenn.
