Environmental groups file suit to halt Bayonne Bridge project

PATH train service from Hoboken to NYC restored

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey spokeswoman Erica Dumas says service was suspended at 5:58 p.m. Saturday and was restored at 7:30 p.m. No other details were available.
