Atlantic Retail Properties brokered two transactions on behalf of PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc.

Eva LaRue and Omar Miller, stars of TV's "CSI: Miami" are teaming with Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Pet Foods, PETCO and independent pet stores to celebrate National Guide Dog Month in September and raise money and awareness for guide dog organizations across the country.

WHAT: In order to help the 5-7 million companion animals that enter shelters every year find loving homes, every PETCO™ store will host pet adoption events the weekend of August 13, 2011.

Life Jackets for dogs such as the one above are available at PETCO. Family pets are just as fond of the warm weather as you are, but they're also just as susceptible to heat stroke, sunburn and dehydration.
