Perfumania Holdings, Inc., a vertically integrated wholesale distributor and specialty retailer of fragrances and related products, has completed its acquisition of Parlux Fragrances, Inc.

Shareholders of Perfumania Holdings and Parlux Fragrances have approved the merger of Parlux and a subsidiary of Perfumania, the companies announced.

As I explained in my previous article on the qualitative look at Perfumania , the company has a bright future.

Perfumania announced on December 23 that it will acquire Parlux Fragrances in a cash and stock deal worth $170 million.

Perfumania's acquisition of Parlux has some interesting, and a little confusing, details.
