RESTON, Va., May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ObjectVideo, the leader in intelligent video, today announced it has filed a complaint in United States District Court of Virginia against Pelco of Clovis, California, USA.

Participation in the program entails a one-time fee and a pay-as-you-go patent licensing agreement.
