Accountant jailed five years for $12 million fraud
The Ajax chartered accountant managed to spend almost all of the $12 million he defrauded from his employer, Elekta Canada Inc., a medical research and development corporation, Det.-Const. Doris Carriere of the Durham Regional Police major fraud squad said Thursday.
