Northern province achieves 67% growth

A Riyadh: The Northern Border Province in the Kingdom has achieved the highest growth rate of 67 percent in 2010, according to a development directory prepared by the Ministry of Economy and Planning using eight indicators covering infrastructure, unemployment, public utilities, communication, education and health.
