Jeanswest sues NAB over failed lease

THE denim and T-shirt seller Jeanswest is suing National Australia Bank in Victoria's Supreme Court after the bank backed away from its plan to take over the lease of a substantial retail outlet in Sydney's prime Pitt Street shopping precinct.
