Attorney General Kathleen Kane's Office concluded a two-year probe of the Hershey Trust Co., the entity that manages the Milton Hershey School Trust.

A two-year investigation revealed no wrongdoing by the Hershey Trust Co.'s board, but it prompted changes in corporate rules, state Attorney General Kathleen Kane said Wednesday in concluding the probe.

Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane announced today that her office has reached an Agreement with the Milton Hershey School and Hershey Trust Company to implement certain reforms that will both better serve MHS's mission - specifically to nurture and educate children in social and financial need - and improve HTC's organizational governance.
