Corned beef dinner planned by Knights of Columbus
The Holy Rosary Knights of Columbus, Council 2143 will be sponsoring its annual St. Patrick's Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner on Saturday, March 15. A no host bar will be available starting at 4:30 p.m. Dinner will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. Salad, rolls and desert will accompany the corned beef, cabbage carrots and potatoes.

Tables full for Lenten fish fries
During its second week, the Lenten fish fry at the Knights of Columbus in downtown Parkersburg drew a full house of about 475 people as nearly every table was filled at 6 p.m. Friday, when platters of fish and shrimp began flowing from the kitchen.
