Hawker Beechcraft Inc., which announced Tuesday it has hired a restructuring veteran as its chief executive, has also hired bankruptcy and restructuring lawyers, said people familiar with the matter.

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., the leader in distributing specialty automotive components and accessories, in coordination with its majority shareholders Platinum Equity, announced today that it has acquired NTP Distribution, Inc.
