Hi-Time Wine Cellars
Hi-Time, O.C.'s most beloved and famous wine, beer and spirits store, opened in 1957 at 17th and Irvine in Costa Mesa and moved to its present location in 1984. It contains one of the largest temperature-controlled wine cellars in the U.S., a subterranean warren filled with a huge inventory of foreign and domestic bottles.
