When will large corporations learn, longevity of an executive (or any employee) speaks about their passion, commitment to the brand, know-how, and ability? Dunham worked for nearly 11 companies in 20 years averaging a little less than 2 years per company; did Frisch’s think his employment with them would be any different? The obvious question is, if he is such a great executive why hasn’t anyone kept him around? He managed to do twice the damage as his predecessor (Todd Rion) at Frisch’s in a fraction of the time. This is the type of guy, instead of focusing his energy on making his operation right, he spends his time tattle- telling on what everyone is doing wrong to take the attention of him self. These types of guys don’t last long and usually are the ones who seem to move ahead “too fast” in a company with a very short longevity. Bottom line these types are strictly out for themselves and have no dedication to those above and below them, causing a company to loose a lot of great long term employees in his path. Golden Corral Corporation, franchissor of Frisch's Golden Corral units has it own destructor looming, their VP of company operations for the Eastern region whose name I wil not mention will probably create much more financial destruction than Dunham (by the way he has a very similar employment history).
