As Apple Inc. and Samsung solidify their leadership positions in the smartphone market, eyes are turning to Taiwan's HTC Corp.'s to see how it will play catch-up. Peter Chou, the chief executive officer and president of the Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer HTC Corporation, is planning to form a foundation in Rangoon to provide young people with technology training.
