'Ghost' ship creator poised to buy former Great Bay Community College site
Juliet Marine Systems, a Portsmouth-based company that was recently awarded a patent for developing a stealth watercraft technology known as the "Ghost" ship, is currently under agreement to purchase the academic building and a total of 90 acres for $2.75 million.
