Juliet Marine Systems, a Portsmouth-based company that was recently awarded a patent for developing a stealth watercraft technology known as the "Ghost" ship, is currently under agreement to purchase the academic building and a total of 90 acres for $2.75 million.

New Mexico, John Ransom , told Albuquerque Business First March 30 that the conversion will officially take place April 1. Ransom said the contract with Grubb & Ellis national expires at midnight March 31.
