Ir or when the new legislation be comes law what happens to the ones that don't qualify?

How can this flood of immigrants be ended?

Those who are waiting and did this legally should have
first opportunity for it.

First amnesty may of been a reason for this issue.

"From Andrew Carnegie, the Scottish-born 19th-century steel baron, to Roberto C. Goizueta, the Cuban exile who led Coca-Cola (KO) through most the 1980s and '90s, immigrants have been at the helm of many of America's top companies. "

First of all these are legal immigrants and the battle of immigration reform is about illegal immigrants. Once again the issue is being blurred on purpose to make it seem that illegal immigrants would be capable of running a company like Coca-cola. Please stop confusing illegals with legals, it only makes you look unintelligent.

As for H-1B visas, those visas are used to import cheap immigrant workers for companies, so they do not have to pay as much in wages and benefits. It pads their bottom lines. I am for lowering those visas to the bare minimum. There are talented, experienced, and skillful workers here who need employment and they should have first access to those jobs. Not foreign workers, not in this economy as we have today.

The only thing businesses, companies and corporations care about is making profits and they don't care if Americans have jobs so they can restart this economy. The standard of living for citizens in this country is not something that is a priority for them, but making obscene profits, which is their only agenda.

NO to immigration or illegal immigration reform, NO to cheap labor and NO to making this country into a 3rd world nation.
